Anna Clark Life Celebrant

Introducing Anna Clark

I am Anna Clark and I qualified to be a Life Celebrant in 2020, what a year to choose!

I chose this type of work knowing it was ‘my calling’. Generally, I am a fun person to be around and I do look for the humour in things where it is desired and appropriate.

However, like many, at age 55 years, I certainly can offer the empathy needed knowing how painful our life’s losses are.

I work with you to create the ceremony for all life’s milestones and make the occasions memorable, comforting and reassuring.

My clients tell me I have a real talent for finding the essence of people and producing the right words to fit the occasion for them. I love what I do and I want to do more of it all the time so please call me for a chat.

For life’s ‘Wow’s, Vows and Take a Bows’

Enter the world and celebrate with a non-denomination Naming Ceremony.

Perhaps a Family Ceremony, if adopting or blending a family. Traditionally, parents and guardians would perform the religious ‘Christening’ ceremony in a church with a vicar.

As time has changed people’s beliefs and society accepts all kinds of views, we can still make sure we mark the occasion of a child’s importance with a Naming Ceremony.

Call to book a chat with me about how this works and what fun we can have!

Weddings, Renewals and Commitments

At some point in our lives, as love enters, we may consider making a commitment to a relationship in front of friends and family. That could be a wedding celebration, a renewal of your vows already taken, a commitment, a Civil Partnership and more.

Many couples still don’t completely know the difference between a Celebrant and a Registrar, but the difference can have a huge impact on the type of ceremony performed.

Call to book a chat with me to talk about the differences and see what you may prefer, once you have all the knowledge.

Celebration of Life

Sadly, our lives and the lives of those we love come to an end. With all the compassion and empathy in the world, I do choose to create a Celebration of Life as the focus to a heart-centred and person-centred funeral ceremony, where the deceased can ‘take a bow’.

Creating space for you to share the story of your loved one, their likes, loves and history is noted, and a special ceremony created that befits the life they lived.

As they were, their funeral is unique and highly personal to them. Additionally, we may perform a memorial service or a scattering of ashes ritual.
